Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of STARMEET, available at www.starmeet.live (the "Service"), operated by Starlobe Technolabs ("STARMEET", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What STARMEET is

STARMEET is a live webinar and workshop platform. It lets independent Speakers and Organizations host live sessions, and lets Attendees discover and register for them (free or paid). We provide the platform, scheduling, payments, notifications and certificates — the sessions themselves are created and delivered by the Speakers and Organizations who use STARMEET, not by us directly.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration details (name, email, phone) and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Speaker and Organization accounts go through an approval/review step before they can publish or host sessions — we may decline or delay an application at our discretion.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. If you're using STARMEET on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

4. Attendees, Speakers & Organizations

Attendees

You can browse and register for webinars, free or paid. Registering for a paid webinar means you agree to pay the listed price, set by the Speaker or Organization hosting it.

Speakers

You're responsible for the accuracy of your workshop listings, the content you deliver live, and honoring the schedule you publish. You set your own workshop prices. STARMEET is a facilitator/marketplace for your session — you remain responsible for the quality and legality of what you teach.

Organizations

Organization accounts subscribe to a paid plan (see Refund Policy §6) to run classes, batches, and live sessions for their own students under their own branding. You're responsible for the conduct of your staff/instructors and the content delivered under your organization account.

5. Payments, pricing & refunds

Payments on STARMEET are processed through Razorpay. We don't store your full card/bank details ourselves — that's handled by Razorpay directly. Workshop prices are set by the individual Speaker; subscription plan prices are set by STARMEET and shown on the Organization pricing page before you pay. Cancellations and refunds for both paid webinars and subscription plans are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

When using STARMEET, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to host or attend sessions that promote illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, or fraud.
• Attempt to bypass payment for a paid workshop, or share your paid access/login with others so they can attend without registering.
• Record, redistribute, or resell a live session without the Speaker's/Organization's permission.
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation (e.g. attempting to disrupt sessions, scrape data at scale, or probe for security vulnerabilities without authorization).
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your credentials/expertise when registering as a Speaker.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access for violations of this section.

7. Content & intellectual property

Speakers and Organizations retain ownership of the content they create and present (slides, recordings, materials). By publishing on STARMEET, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and stream that content to registered attendees as part of operating the Service. The STARMEET name, logo, and platform itself remain the property of Starlobe Technolabs.

8. Certificates & attendance records

Where a workshop offers a completion certificate, it's issued based on the attendance data recorded by the platform (e.g. join/leave time in the live session). Certificates reflect participation in the session and are not a professional accreditation or qualification unless the hosting Speaker/Organization explicitly states otherwise.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or outcome of the educational content delivered by independent Speakers or Organizations — that content reflects their views and expertise, not ours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STARMEET and Starlobe Technolabs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid to STARMEET for the specific workshop or subscription giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using STARMEET and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a risk to other users — where practical, we'll notify you of the reason.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use STARMEET after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
