How refunds work for paid webinars, and what applies to Organization subscription plans.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on STARMEET (www.starmeet.live), operated by Starlobe Technolabs ("STARMEET", "we", "us").
STARMEET has two kinds of paid purchases, and they are handled differently:
If you've paid to register for a webinar and change your mind, you can request a cancellation from your Attendee dashboard.
Refunds, when eligible, are always issued for the full amount originally paid — we don't charge a cancellation fee or deduct a partial amount.
Simply not attending a webinar you registered for ("no-show") does not by itself qualify for a refund — please cancel in advance (more than 24 hours before start) if you can no longer attend.
If a webinar you paid for is cancelled by the speaker or by STARMEET for any reason, you will be notified and are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid — the 24-hour window in Section 2 does not apply in this case, since the cancellation isn't your decision.
You'll receive an email/in-app notification at each step (request received, approved, refund processed).
Webinars listed as FREE involve no payment, so this refund policy doesn't apply to them — you can simply cancel your free registration at any time from your dashboard.
Organization accounts subscribe to a plan (Basic, Standard, Professional, or a custom Enterprise plan) billed monthly or yearly to run their own classes, batches and live sessions on STARMEET.
If you're unsure which plan is right for your organization before committing, please contact us first — we're happy to help you choose, or point you to the Basic plan / a custom Enterprise conversation instead of a plan you may want to cancel later.
For any cancellation or refund question, reach us at starmeet.live@gmail.com or call +91 75730 06848. Please include your registered email and, if you have it, the workshop name or order reference.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
